Personal trials, Holy opportunities and Profound challenges
The transformation and enlightenment of women has been beautifully designed into our rites of passage. Our changes are not mere biological events, they are soul initiations. They are the curriculum of our inner growth and the syllabus for our spiritual evolution. Menstruation, pregnancy, birth, menopause, aging, pleasure, each one a portal, each one a teacher.
Our bodies are home to an ancient queue of time-released rites and rituals encoded with legacy and wisdom. These rites were precisely created for us to awaken on every level of our existence.

Change the Narrative of Menopause
- 01
Sustainability
Our sustainability is the foundation of our resilience. We change in order to sustain ourselves, our families, our communities and the soul of the world. We change in order for humanity to thrive. We change as an evolutionary advantage of our divine design.
- 02
Personal Trials
Personal trials are the initiations through which our false selves are dissolved, our truest selves emerge and our souls are fortified. The personal trials of self acceptance, courage and grief are the foundations from which our true self emerges.
- 03
Holy Opportunities
From the commitment to living true, springs forth the decision to grow and transcend. Let us seize all of life’s dilemmas as holy opportunities to desire, take a risk and become more free.
- 04
Profound Challenges
Profound Challenges are the catalysts that arise again and again, throughout our lives, each one an invitation to embody peace as power and alignment. Rising to our profound challenges required us to meet them with intention, discipline and freedom.

Reclaim Menopause
Each time a new layer of truth rises within us, we expand. Let us stop using the challenges of menopause to feel constrained. Instead, let us decide that she sets us free.

My Sacred Journey
I have long known that there was so much more to this life than what I was taught as a child. My earliest memories were before the age of five. I knew myself then, I knew why I had come here and I knew my mission. When I looked up at the sky, I felt my infinite nature and that I knew that I was an extension of the Creator. I obviously could not have articulated any of this then, but I certainly and unmistakably felt it. It was an already embedded knowledge within me and an inherent wisdom that pulsed through me. I felt a strong sense of connection and belonging to life, from the moment I arrived.
The pilgrimage of menopause called me forth to grieve and grow, to surrender and transform, to unearth wisdom and embody it in service. It is the landscape where I became the teacher, the leader and the elder. Menopause asked me to embrace it all, every ache, every difficulty and every gift and she gave generously in return. She moved through my days accompanying the reconstruction of my lineage, expanding my capacity for love, and stretching the limits of my personal spiral of growth. She offered me daily invitations: to choose truth, to speak about beauty and to live with reverence. I am still in the midst of my magnificent journey of menopause and I am reminded everyday, that what is worth living for and what is worth dying for, is in the end, the very same thing.
